Paying at Integrasco should take a minute and leave no questions behind. This page sets out what we accept, how your details are protected, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Currency and pricing
Every price on the site is in US Dollars (USD). Before you confirm an order, checkout shows the full amount you will pay — the product price plus any sales tax that applies to your address. Standard shipping is free, and there are no handling fees, service charges or other extras added afterwards.
When your card is charged
Your payment method is charged when you place the order, not when it ships. A confirmation email follows within a few minutes; if it has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder, then write to us at support@integrasco.com and we will resend it.
How your details are protected
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which is certified to the PCI-DSS standard. The connection between your browser and the checkout is SSL/TLS encrypted, and your full card number never reaches our servers — we do not store it, and we could not retrieve it if we wanted to.
If a payment is declined
Most declines come from the card issuer rather than from us. It is worth checking that:
- the billing name, address and card details match what your bank has on file;
- the card has sufficient available balance;
- your bank has not placed a hold or an online-purchase restriction on the card.
If the card still will not go through, trying another payment method usually resolves it. If not, contact your bank, or get in touch with us and we will help where we can.
