Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Integrasco ("we", "us", "our") does with the personal information you give us or that we collect when you use integrasco.com (the "Site") or buy from us. We keep it short on purpose: we collect what an online shop needs to take and deliver an order, we do not sell it, and you can ask us about it at any time.

1. What we collect

Details you give us. When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and the content of your messages.

Details about your orders. The products you bought, when, at what price, and the history of any returns or support requests.

Payment details. Payments are taken by Shopify Payments, which handles your card under the PCI-DSS standard. Your full card number goes directly to the processor and is never stored on our systems; we only see enough to match a payment to an order (for example the card type and last four digits).

Details collected automatically. When you browse the Site we record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you and the time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 5).

2. Why we use it

  • to accept, process, ship and track your orders, and to handle returns and refunds;
  • to answer your questions and provide support;
  • to detect and prevent fraud and unauthorised transactions;
  • to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it and our range;
  • to meet our legal and accounting obligations;
  • to send marketing emails — only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with third parties that help us run the shop, and only as far as needed for that purpose:

  • the e-commerce platform that hosts the Site and stores order data;
  • Shopify Payments and other payment providers, to take and verify payment;
  • shipping carriers, to deliver your parcel and provide tracking;
  • analytics and email service providers, to measure site performance and send the messages you have asked for.

We may also disclose information when a law, regulation, court order or government request requires it, or where necessary to protect our rights, our customers or the safety of others.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone for their own marketing.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to complete your order, provide support, resolve any dispute and satisfy tax and accounting rules. When there is no longer a reason to hold it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart together, remember your preferences, secure the checkout and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may stop parts of the Site — the cart in particular — from working properly.

6. Security

Traffic between your browser and the Site is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, and we apply administrative, technical and physical controls to the systems that hold your data. No online service can promise perfect security, and we cannot either, but we take reasonable care and will inform you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw from marketing emails at any time. To make a request, write to support@integrasco.com; we may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

8. California residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you additional rights:

  • Right to know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we shared it with.
  • Right to delete — subject to the exceptions the law allows, such as records we must keep for a completed transaction.
  • Right to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information. If that ever changed, we would provide a clear way to opt out first.
  • Right to non-discrimination — exercising these rights will not affect the price or service you receive.

9. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Please look back from time to time.
