Track Your Order
When your Integrasco order is handed to the carrier — normally within 0-1 business days of you placing it — we email you a tracking number. From there, standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Enter the number below to see where the parcel is right now, or open your account to view every order in one place.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens after you order
- Confirmation email — arrives within minutes of checkout and carries your order number.
- Dispatch email — sent as the parcel leaves us, with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's page.
- Carrier updates — the tracking page refreshes at each scan until the parcel reaches your door.
If the tracking is not moving
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so a blank page on day one is normal. If nothing has changed for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but is not with you, email support@integrasco.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
