Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of integrasco.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. Integrasco is the trading name of ERJHT JP LLC, located in Gilbert, AZ. By browsing the Site or placing an order you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us when ordering is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.

2. Accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@integrasco.com straight away if you think someone else has used it.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We sell Home, Garden & Garage Essentials products, presented on the Site with photographs, descriptions and measurements. We try hard to make these accurate, but colours can display differently between screens and minor variations may occur. We may change, discontinue or limit any product at any time without notice, and we may limit quantities per order or per customer.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. The full amount you will pay — product price plus any applicable tax — is displayed at checkout before you confirm. Standard shipping is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price or with an obvious description error, we may cancel any order placed for it, even after confirmation, and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where payment cannot be verified, where stock is unavailable, or where the order breaches these Terms. If we cancel, we will refund any payment already taken.

6. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at the time of ordering, securely, through Shopify Payments. All charges are shown before you confirm; there are no hidden fees.

7. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States only; we do not ship internationally. Processing times, transit times and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and incorrect items, within the time limits and on the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email support@integrasco.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be cancellable; in that case the Refund & Returns Policy applies.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, product photographs, graphics, logos, layout and code — belongs to Integrasco or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
  • introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
  • use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy Site content or data;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with anyone.

We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who breaches this section.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Products carry the descriptions given on their product pages; where the law implies further warranties that cannot be excluded, they apply for the minimum period the law requires.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Integrasco nor ERJHT JP LLC will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill — arising out of your use of the Site or of any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERJHT JP LLC, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Site you agree to it.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in State of Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the new version here with an updated effective date. Using the Site after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when they were placed.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
